The decision of the Constitutional Court was discussed at the Scientific Advisory Board’s meeting

On September 24, 2015 the Scientific Advisory Board meeting was held in the Supreme Court of Georgia, where the judges of the Common Courts, representatives of the scientific and academic community were attended.

At the session the Constitutional Court’s recent decision on 9-month pre-trial detention period was reviewed.

The Scientific Advisory Board continues the meeting on various legal problems and legislative amendments that promotes the justice and in general upholds the development of high standard of judiciary.
