Case management electronic program has been put in practice at courts

The court document routing and proceedings are already available in an electronic regime. On October 13, at 12 p.m., the presentation of an electronic case management system was held at the Supreme Court. The presentation was attended by the representatives of Georgian and international organizations.

The above said system is an important novelty for the court staff as well as for the citizens and generally, for judiciary system related entities. According to the statement of the Chairman of the Supreme Court, the electronic system will turn the judiciary more simple and accessible and in total, will increase the confidence towards the court.

The new system covers all fields – criminal, civil and administrative litigations.
