In the Supreme Court of Georgia the scientific-consultancy board meeting was held in Criminal law direction

On July 4, 2015 the sixth scientific-consultancy board session was held in the Supreme Court of Georgia, where the problematic issues of criminal law were discussed.
On the session the concrete criminal case study was discussed that is dealing with electronically recorded information’s abstraction rule.
The session, together with scientific-consultancy board members, was also attended by members of the High Council of Justice and the judges of Court of Appeals and District Courts. The participants of the session comprehensively discussed the presented case study, among them reviewed the international precedents dealing with mentioned issue.
The scientific-consultancy board session was headed by the Chairperson of the Supreme Court Nino Gvenetatdze.
