Workshop of German and Georgian judges

In the 8th June of 2015, The Supreme Court hosted the working meeting of German and Georgian judges regarding the issues ruling the inadmissible justification of the cassation complaint.
Delegation of German Judges was led by Chairman of High District Court of Sachsen – Mr. Ulrich Hagenloch.
During the meeting was also discussed the existing problems of default judgments and advantages and disadvantages of judge specializations. Judges of all three instances participated in the meeting, which was organized with the support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
