As was mentioned by the Chairperson of the Supreme Court, active consultations and discussions are being held concerning the Justice Reform Project prepared by the Ministry of Justice. “Particular attention will be paid to contemporary methods of case examination and disciplinary procedures. The high standards of admissibility criteria and substantiation of judgments has the crucial importance in the Court of Cassation.  One of the important issues will be electronic case management and allocation of cases using the electronic system” – stated Nino Gvenetadze.

We are planning to be more active in this course, society needs to have an answers on reaction on every violation during the legal proceedings”.
