The Supreme Court has a high rate of Proactive Disclosure of Public Information

According to the latest survey provided by the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), the Supreme Court of Georgia is on one of the leading positions in Georgia in terms of performing its obligation with the Proactive Disclosure of Public Information Obligation.

As it is mentioned in the report of the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), the index of the Supreme Court of Georgia in September and October 2014 is quite high - 96 %. During the monitoring period the Supreme Court created the web-page for public information and took the successful position for performing its obligation with the Proactive Disclosure of Public Information Obligation.
