The Chairman of the Supreme Court awarded the winners of the moot court session

On July 19, 2011, award ceremony, for the winner teams of the moot court session championship, was held at the Supreme Court of Georgia. The project was organized by the “European Law Students Association of Georgia” and its’ partner was the Supreme Court of Georgia. This project is of a large scaled one among of those held in Georgia. Students of the faculty of law and young lawyers could take part in the project.

These kind of projects support the handling of necessary skills of the jury trial for future students. Within the limits of the project, 6 trials had been conducted and announced the finalist teams. On July 19, the final was held at the Supreme Court and on the base of the verdict of the jury the final winner team of the project was announced. The winner teams and the best participant of the project were awarded with the certificates and various prizes by Konstantin Kublashvili, the Chairman of the Supreme Court and Zaza Meishvili, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court is partnering and supporting the successful implementation all those projects, which develop the professional skills of students.
