The Supreme Court Delivered the Judgment on Violation of Communication Rules with the Judge

On March 28, 2014, the Supreme Court held a hearing where the subject of the discussion was a violation of ex parte communication rules with a judge.

On the Facebook-page which belongs to the Supreme Court Judge, the wife of the convicted, whose criminal case is under examination of the abovementioned Judge, posted a letter asking for a verdict in favor of her convicted husband.  

The Court discussed the violation of ex parte communication rules with a judge and fined the wife of the convicted.

According to the law on Communication Rules with Common Courts Judges, any form of communication with the judges of the common courts, including a telephone conversation or other technical means is restricted and punishable by law.
