The President of Georgia evaluates the court reform

On June 24, 2011, on the anniversary of the Constitutional Court, held in Batumi, Mr. President, Mikheil Saakashvili talked on the reform implemented in the court system.

The increase of confidence to the court was positively estimated by the President. According to the statement of Mikheil Saakashvili, the external assessment of the court system, unlike the other institutions, is difficult as the big part of the population haven’t dealt with the judicial system and can’t apprehend positive steps undertaken in the system. However, the confidence to the court system had been increased.
