The Supreme Court of Georgia on the Leading Position in the Transparency Ratings

Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) published the transparency ratings of Public Institutions. According to the ratings, 94% was granted to the Supreme Court in the transparency rating. 

Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) implemented the transparency rating within the scope of the Project “Database of Public Information - www.opendata.ge". Development of the access to public information and freedom of information was the aim of the project. 

Within the scope of the project, according to the analysis of the requested information from the Supreme Court of Georgia, only one was considered as incomplete information.

Georgian Judiciary in compliance with the law, including the use of electronic resources, cares for the position of the General Courts in the transparency ratings to be ranked even higher.
