THE MEMBERS OF THE GROUP OF COOPERATION WITH THE COURT DISCUSSED THE TAX ISSUES

On March 18, 2013, the meeting of the Group of cooperation with the Court was held at the Hotel “Tbilisi Marriot”. The Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia Mr. Konstantin Kublashvili opened the meeting.
This is the fourth meeting of the Group. The theme of the meeting was – “the problematic issues of tax disputes according to the courts practice”.

The meeting was attended by the scientists, representatives of local and international NGOs, representatives of state agencies, the judiciary and the Bar Association members.

The aim of the Group activity is the direct engagement of public communities in the process of reform of the judicial system.
