International organizations will observe the court consumers research

In May 2 -18, 2011, court consumers research will be conducted at the eight district courts and city court. The representatives of international organizations (UNDP, NORLAG, ABA) will support with monitoring the course of the research.

Within the eleven working days, the citizens related to the above mentioned courts will be asked with questions regarding the terms of case trial, politeness of employees, court environment and the trust towards the court system.
The results of the research will assist the court managers to analyze the situation better, which in total, will give rise to improvement of service for consumers.
