The Supreme Court of Georgia Continues Public Hearing of the Package of Constitutional Amendments

On January 21, 2013, at the Hotel “Radisson" was held the discussion on draft project of the constitutional amendments. Judicial authorities, representatives from the international organizations and the Ministry of Justice participated in the discussion.

Participants discussed such topics as the independence of judiciary and inviolability of judges, institutional stability issues and staffing the High Council of Justice and determination of the council members’ powers.
