Court interns were employed successfully

The next opening for interns was announced at the Supreme Court of Georgia. The period of internship is established in two stages. According to their wish, one part of the lawyers choose 6 months or one year long internship period. Twenty of interns already accomplished the 6 months long internship period and started to work for various state and private structures.

To take an internship period at the Supreme Court is the significant step for young lawyers to start the future successful career.

In 2010-2011, 19 interns were employed, out of which 6 of them were employed at the court system. The knowledge, they’d acquired in the period of internship, will assist them during the work as an assistant of the judge, clerk of court and specialist.

Three interns continue to work at the Procuracy Office, 5 interns – at the Public Registration, one – in bank, one – at the National Bureau of Enforcement, and three – at the private structures. In 2007-2008, 40 lawyers passed the internship period, out of which 16 were employed.

In 2009-2010 out of the 64 interns 20 were employed in different structures.
