The Department of National Court Practice Research and Generalization of the Supreme Court of Georgia  published another collection of the unified court practice established by the Civil Cases Chamber of the Supreme Court of Georgia (2016).

The decisions are classified thematically (annulled and late decisions or remitted decisions) and they are followed by brief definitions. The factual-legal error of the lower instance courts and definition of the cassation court is given separately. The collection consists of the articles glossary that will enable any person interested in the topic to search for a particular decision.
