New Collections of Decision on Administrative Cases

The department of Court Practice Research and Generalization Department of the Supreme Court of Georgia has published another two new collections of the decisions on administrative cases (2018 #5,#6).

The collection #5 covers issues of appeal admissibility, parties , third persons involved and the basis for renewal of the case proceedings .

The collection #6, combines issues of social disputes and, in particular, reimbursement of state pensions, assistance and compensation, as well as issues related to social protection of refugees.
