New Collections of Decisions on Civil Cases

The department of Court Practice Research and Generalization of the Supreme Court of Georgia published two new collections of the decisions on civil cases (2018 #4,#5).

The collection #4 covers issues of legal and delict liabilities. It combines cases of legal liabilities like shared rights and groundless enrichment. Among delict liabilities, they distinguish compensation of the damage, solidary liability, transport injury accident compensation or compensation of injuries caused by a medical institution.

The collection of decisions # 5 combines the decisions on the disputes made in foreign countries and their recognition on the territory of Georgia. These cases are prescribed by the Law of Georgia on “International Private Law” and they include matters like imposing fines, divorces, alimony and filiation.
