A New Book in Criminal Law of the Unified Court Practice

National Court Practice Study and Generalization Unit of the Supreme Court of Georgia published a new edition “ National Unified Court Practice on Criminal Cases”. The book includes the cases reviewed by the supreme court of Georgia in the period of 2014 (II half) to 2016. The main topics covered by the cassation court are: crime, punishment, criminal record, crimes against humanity, financial crimes, offences against the State, Public Security  and Order, offences against Government and Military authorities, and other significant topics of the criminal law.
