International Conference – Mediation

On March 16, 2012, Konstantin Kublashvili, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, opened the Conference - “Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution at Courts Perspectives in Eastern Europe and Beyond”.
The Conference was held by the aegis of Judges Association and with the participation of the representatives of international organizations and foreign colleagues.
The foreign guests shared the existed experience with regard to the mediation of their countries with Georgian colleagues.
Sharing the foreign experience on the international conference will further assist development of mediation institute in Georgia.
