Ulrich Hagenloch at the Supreme Court of Georgia

The Supreme Court of Georgia hosted a German expert Ulrich Hagenloch who held several workshops for judges and judiciary personnel, sharing experience on civil law within joint event of the Supreme Court and German International Cooperation (GIZ).
Participants of the working group were addressed by Ulrich Hangeloch and Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Chairperson of the Chamber of Civil Cases Mzia Todua. They introduced comparative analysis of the article 636 of Civil Code of Georgia and article 649 of the Civil Code of Germany.
Attendees also discussed actual issues regarding civil justice such as: the scopes of court control over disputes arising from entrepreneurial relations.
At the end of the meeting, the participants summarized the discussed issues.
