Training on Quality Management

In the framework of EU project  EU4Justice a workshop on Quality Management was held for the Supreme Court management  at hotel "Lolita"  .

Participants were  welcomed by the deputy head of  EU4Justice Project, Maia Chochua and the Manager of the Supreme Court of Georgia,  Nato Lomtatidze.

The first session of the workshop was dedicated to the role of  quality managment department in terms of service design and delivery, the speakers at the second session talked about quality management and its growing role in the public sector.

On June 9, the staff of the Supreme Court  got  information on examples of the pre-chosen service, the design of consolidated framework of service design and the role of quality management service in the process.
