The court budget increased

Compare to the previous year the court system budget of 2012 has been increased by 2,5 million lari and totaled 41 275 000 lari.
The increased court budget establishes more guarantees for the independence, impartiality of judges and effective functioning of a court in total.
From 2003 to 2012 the court budget had been increased up to 30 million GEL.
For more transparency the court system ensures public access on an annual budget expenses.
