Presentation of “The Code of Criminal Misconducts

On November 28, 2015 in the Supreme Court presentation of “The Code of Criminal Misconducts" was held that was created by the financial assistance of “Open Society Georgia Foundation” grant. The aim of the project was to elaborate the concept of criminal misconducts code in compliance with modern standards, creation of draft laws and advocacy.

"The Criminal Misconducts Code" was introduced, to the participants of the meeting, by the authors team: Merab Turava, Davit Sulakvelidze, Levan Kharanauli and Giorgi Dgebuadze.

The meeting was underway in the format of active discussion and was attended by: The Chairperson of The Supreme Court and the High Council of Justice Nino Gvenetadze; representatives of "Open Society Georgia Foundation" and academic circles of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, also the judges of Tbilisi City Court.
