The history of Georgian justice in the newspapers.

In 1917-1921 the press actively made comments on the establishment of the new institute – jury trial court in Georgia. The newspaper “Georgian Republic”, which belonged to the state publishing house, periodically gave the reader the information regarding the legislative changes about this institute and criminal cases, examined by the panel of jury trial court after its’ establishment.

The video had been prepared by the UNDP, which reflects the origin and development of jury trial court.
