Administrative Committee

According to the Organic Law On Common Courts of Georgia, the Judges Administrative Committee is established within the system of Judicial Conference, which is composed of 9 members.

The Administrative Committee is authorized to make decisions and elaborate the acts on the issues of common courts administration. The acts should be presented to the Judicial Conference of Georgia for the approval.

Composition of the Administrative Committee and its Chairman are elected by the Judicial Conference of Georgia for 3 years term.

The member of the Administrative Committee cannot be at the same time the chairman of the court, the first deputy chairman or the deputy chairman, the chairman of the chamber or the chairman of the collegiums.
