On August 2 of 2016 the chairperson of the Supreme Court and high Council of Justice and Minister of Justice held the regular meeting with the working group elaborating the electronic system of allocation of cases in Common Courts.
Within the frames of the meeting the participants made a presentation and report on study of the system of the electronic documenting program support existing in the Common Courts and also discussed the main principles of allocation of cases. The participants of the working meeting actively discussed the necessary organizational –technical problems in regard to the implementation in practice of the electronic allocation system and determined the plan to be fulfilled in the nearest future for achieving the above mentioned goal.
The working group elaborating the automatic electronic system for allocation of cases in the Common Courts was established by the order of Minster of Justice made on June 29 of the current year. The special group is staffed with the judges, employees of the apparatus, representatives of the High Council of Justice, department of Common Courts and Ministry of Justice. The automatic electronic system of allocation of cases maintained within the third stage of the judiciary reform before being implemented on the whole territory of the Republic will be implemented for testing under the technical monitoring of the working group in one of the pilot courts.
