THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE SUPREME COURT AND HIGH COUNCIL OF JUSTICE TOOK PART IN THE OFFICIAL OPENING OF A NEW BUILDING OF TBILISI CITY COURT

On July 12 of  2016 with the aim of unloading of the Tbilisi City  Court a new building of the City Court of  Tbilisi located on the Bulachauri street  was opened and started operating at full capacity. The Chairperson of the Supreme Court and High Council of Justice Ms. Nino Gvenetadze, members of the High Council of Justice, representatives of Media and other invited guests attended the official opening ceremony.          

Nino Gvenetadze together with the members of the High Council of Justice became acquainted with the infrastructural novelties and allotment of the different units in a new building of the Court.       

In a new building of the  City  Court of  Tbilisi according  to the European standards  was equipped a special room for meetings with the  persons under age, where the judge hearing a family lawsuit,   a social worker and a psychologist will inquire   a young person  in an environment  appropriate for his/her  age. Besides, a part of the collegiate organ of the Civil Cases and videlicet five judges hearing the family and heritage cases and five magistrates   responsible for the civil procedure will perform their obligations in the new building.

It is remarkable, that before proceeding of legal suit, acceptance of the statements on the administration of justice and other primary registration documents are to be advanced to the central building of the City Court located in the David Aghmashenebeli Alley.
