One of the principle aim of the court reform is the accessibility and implementation of rapid justice.
The rapid hearings are directly and proportionally reflected on the effectiveness of justice. If in the pre-reform court system, the consideration of one case lasted for years only in the first instance courts, today, a little bit more than a year is needed for one case to be accomplished in all three instances.
The court constantly controls the average terms of case hearings and delivers the calculation of terms and its’ analyzes couple times in a year.
According to the final data, the average terms of case hearings constitute 14 months on criminal cases, on administrative cases - 16 months, and on civil cases – 17 months in all three instance courts.
