In the framework of Georgia-EU visa dialogue, the EU assessment mission representatives were interested primarily in four areas: Migration, asylum policy, human trafficking and corruption. Experts expressed interest in the implementation of the recommendations provided by the third report of European Commission and interested what effective measures are being taken to fulfill the recommendations. Judges presented information about the related legislative amendments connected with the issue. Judges explained to experts that the legislative amendments will ensure effective execution of justice for asylum seekers and persons that request to obtain refugee or humanitarian status.
