The development of management issues were discussed in the Supreme Court

On July 22, 2015 in the Supreme Court the meeting was held, where the development of Court Management issues were discussed. Acting Manager of the Supreme Court of Georgia Tinatin Bezhashvili met with the Head of the Management Development Service of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia, Yasha Vrabevich.  Mr. Vrabevich, at the same time, is the national correspondent of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ).

At the meeting Tinatin Bezhashvili provided information to the foreign expert regarding the planned events dedicated for development of management institute in the judiciary. According to the amendments in the law, in the system of common courts the Department of Management will be established, whose main function will be the development of the courts services and improvement of the quality of services.

The foreign expert shared his own countrys experience with the Georgian counterpart and expressed readiness to assist in case of necessity.

On July 21-22 Yasha Vrabevich participated in the training on “The mechanisms and guidelines on judicial statistics and CEPEJ" that was organized by "the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ)”.
