Issues of electronic proceedings were also emphasized, about which I have been expressing interest since my first working day as the Chairperson. In this course I was fully supported from the Ministry of Justice. Electronic proceedings do not only refer to include the common courts in unified system but also it aims to coordinate with other authorities to ensure the transparent and effective administration of justice”.

According to the Minister of Justice, in co-operation with Nino Gvenetadze she will able to practically implement the justice reform which is important for the country. “This meeting establishes the coordination between the Ministry and the Government on the one hand and, the Judiciary on the other hand - cooperation in the sphere of justice, in particular, in legislative and reformative aspects, which were solely carried out by the Ministry for 2 years since no reformative intent existed in the judiciary. We will work on the reforms together from this day. We agreed that such meetings will be held regularly and we will share our views regarding the reforms” - stated the Minister of Justice in her comments.  Tea Tsulukiani discussed those important issues with journalists which were discussed with the Chairperson in the meeting. The Minister of Justice particularly emphasized the measures to be taken concerning the electronic justice: “Since I represent not only the Ministry of Justice but also the Chairperson of the Anti-corruption Council, the implementation of electronic management in justice will be more active. This is one of the best means to combat against corruption. In this regard the government authorities have made progress, however, in the sphere of justice there are number of measures to be taken. We will set up technical group to implement electronic management in the justice administration. This is one of the priorities of Nino Gvenetadze in which she will be supported. We discussed future reforms, the High School of Justice and the Juvenile Justice Code. Ms Nino Gvenetadze along with the Ministry of Justice was one of the initiators of this Code and we will work on restorative justice, children’s’ rights in criminal proceedings and improvement of diversion institution. I am happy and very satisfied with this meeting and believe that after 10 years the Chairperson will leave notable and exemplary inheritance”.
