According to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia, antiquity of the building and its constancy, some way, must be related to the status of judges. ,,This building has already entered the third centenary with its existence and such feeling of constancy must be applied to the judges. The judges must be appointed termless and then, the judiciary will be stable and invariable.

Konstantine Kublashvili gave the symbolic presents to the honorary guests.

The President of Georgia addressed to the guests with welcome speech.  Giorgi Margvelashvili pointed out that it is important in the context of strengthening the state institutions to respect and assign the value to those institutions, which have a history in Georgia. The court is such an institution. Today we build such court, which is a guarantee of the stability of the country, peace and the truth. This is not an easy way. The court is the guarantor of the real protection of our rights and it needs the serious effort.

The guests were also addressed by the Ambassador of Poland.

The event was actively supported by the Embassy of Poland. By their initiative, there was organized an exhibition of posters of the buildings, which are framed by the projects of Shimkevich.
