Chairman of the Supreme Court visited the reception of the Tbilisi City Court

On July 21, 2011, Konstantin Kublashvili, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, visited the reception of the Tbilisi City Court and got acquainted with the novelties and changes undertaken at the office.
Citizens Service Center at the Tbilisi City Court meets the requirements of modern standards. The single electronic program of case management was put into practice, which provides the rapid, simple and effective communication between the court and citizens. 

The staff of court took the qualification trainings on the consumption of the rules of electronic program. In order to provide rapid and effective service, so called line management machine, which meets the requirements of European standards, was installed in the foyer of the court. Besides, at the office of the civil, criminal and administrative cases the windows were installed vertically, which will allow citizens to claim and submit the application confidentially. 

Internal security mechanism was improved in the building of the court. The new scanning detector is placed at the entrance door of the building. The Chairman of the Supreme Court introduced the changes undertaken at the Tbilisi City Court to the media representatives.
