The Judicial conference was held

On July 21, 2013 the 11th (Extraordinary) Judicial Conference was held in Tbilisi City Court.

Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia Konstantin Kublashvili Opened the conference with a welcome speech.

Judicial Conference is entitled to discuss the issue and make decision if the session is attended by more than half members of the judges of the common courts of Georgia.

153 Judges attended the conference. According to the law session was entitled to discuss agenda issues. 

The agenda of the Conference was as follows: approval of draft project “The Rules of the activities of Disciplinary Panel of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia’’ and election of administrative committee members of the Judicial conference.

“The Rules of the activities of Disciplinary Panel of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia’’ was approved with 134 votes and two members of administrative committee: Nata Tediashvili (141 votes) and George darakhvelidze (143 votes) were elected.
