The Date of the 11th (extraordinary) Judicial Conference Is Approved

On July 10, 2013 the session of the Administrative Committee of the Judicial Conference was held at the Supreme Court of Georgia.

The Administrative Committee approved the following: the date and time of the Judiciary Conference – July 21, 2013, 14:00 p.m.; the place – Tbilisi City Court; the agenda of the Conference; the composition of the secretariat of the Conference and the Administrative Committee; samples of the ballot paper and record forms of the final results of the elections; the term of office was terminated for two members of the Administrative Committee according to the personal application, they are: Mr. Paata Silagadze and Ms. Ilona Todua; In addition, the Administrative Committee took as a note the draft project presented at the session by the Disciplinary Panel of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia on “the Rules of the Activities of Disciplinary Panel of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia”, which will be presented on the Judicial Conference for the approval.
