The Visit of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia in Montenegro

On June 23-26, 2013 the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia Mr. Konstantin Kublashvili will participate in the Conference of Chief Justices of Central and Eastern Europe, which will be held in Budva, Montenegro.
Mr. Konstantin Kublashvili will held the official meeting with the Judicial officials, as well as with the representatives of Montemegro’s Government and other international organisations.
According to the agenda, Mr. Konstantin Kublashvili will meet with his colleague the President of the Supreme Court of Montenegro Ms. Vesna Medenica who also is the President of the High Council of Justice of Montenegro; the President of Montenegro Mr. Philip Vujanovich; the Minister of Justice Mr. Dushko Markovic; the representatives of accredited international and diplomatic corps in Montenegro.
The international conference will address issues such as: the role and importance of the High Council of Justice in the development of the judicial system according to the examples of the various countries, the protection mechanisms for the courts independence against the external impact, cooperation between the different branches of the power and the importance of mutual help among the courts of various states.
The Conference will last three working days.
