Presentation of the Results on Quality Research of Court Service

On the 27th of June, 2012, at the Hotel of “Courtyard Marriott Tbilisi” was held the presentation of the results on quality research of court service. The survey is financed by the Council of Europe Office in Georgia and was conducting by the ARC.

Ms. Tania Van Dijk, the Deputy Head of Office, Mr. Konstantin Kublashvili, the Chairman of The Supreme Court of Georgia and Mr. Valeri Tsertsvadze, the Secretary of High Council of Justice were presented on the presentation.

The survey was conducted in May, 2012 and it included 6 cities (Tbilisi, Rustavi, Gori, Kutaisi, Zugdidi and Batumi).

The aim of survey was to determine the general level of court consumers’ satisfaction for the court system operation towards them; and also to determine the level of consumers’ confidence towards the court system.
