The Human Rights Law Week closing ceremony took place at the Supreme Court of Georgia on December 11, 2017 where an award was given to the human rights activist selected by several universities as having made a special contribution to protecting human rights during 2017. The award recipient was Ana Natsvlishvili, former chairman of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association.

This annual event has been organized for the fourth time in this format. After the award ceremony participants  had discussions upon legislative regulation of sexual harassment and compared it with experience of U. S. , EU and other foreign countries.

The participants of the event were representatives from Ilia State  University, Free University Tbilisi, Northwest University (Chicago, USA), Grigol Robakidze University and the University of Georgia:  Tamar Gurchiani, Bridget Arimond, Ekaterine Lomtatidze, Ana Pirtskhalaishvili, Malkhaz Begiasvhili. The audience was greeted by the chairperson of the Chamber of Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of Georgia- Mzia Todua, and a representative of USAID Georgia- Laura Berger.
