At the Supreme Court a Working Meeting was Held on the Concept of the Court Decisions concerning the Civil Cases

On November 9 of 2016   at the Supreme Court  was held a working meeting with the participation of President of the Higher Regional Court of Dresden -  Ulrich Hagenloch. At the working meeting proposed new structure and grounding of the court decisions on the civil cases were discussed.  The meeting was presided by the chairperman of the   Chamber of  Civil Cases of the Supreme Court  - Mzia Todua.   

Within the frames of the working meeting  the participants discussed the new structure and criteria of the court decisions of  the first and second court instances on the civil cases  considering the international practice. Judge of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Georgia - Zurab Dzlierishvili, judge of the District Court of Mtskheta - Tamar Khajomia and judge of the Tbilisi Appeal Court - Diana Berekashvili gave reports concerning the above mentioned issue. President of the Higher Regional Court of Dresden - Ulrich Hagenloch introduced the participants of the meeting with his own ideas and recommendations.            

At the end of the meeting the participant summarized the positions on the new structure and criteria of the decisions of the  first and second instance courts on the civil cases.    

The event was organized by the German Society for International Cooperation   (GIZ).
