The Working Meeting on the Legal Issues of the Qualification Chamber was held at the Supreme Court

On November 8, 2016 the working meeting was held with the participation of Georgian and German Judges, concerning Laws in force in relation with the Qualification Chamber, on discussion of practical problems and with the aim of getting acquainted with the International Practice in this regard.

The participants of the meeting considered in details the legislation concerning the Qualification Chamber and discussed the ways of solving the practical problems taking into account the International approaches. President of the Higher Regional Court of Dresden – Urich Hagenloch, on the basis of the decision of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany introduced the recommendations concerning improvement of the legislative frame work of the Qualification Chamber.

The meeting was supported by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).The Head of the Board of the Qualifications Chamber of the Supreme Court, Judge of the Chamber of Civil Cases – Zurab Dzlierishvili and member of the Qualifications Chamber of the Supreme Court, Judge of the Chamber of Administrative Cases – Nugzar Skhirtladze participated in the meeting.
