Final Outcomes of the Court Consumers Research

The trust of the court consumer to the court is much higher than those who are not directly in touch with the court. This kind of evaluation can be given to the outcomes analyze of the court consumers survey for the last two years.
In February, 2011, the next court research was conducted at the City Courts of Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Rustavi. In total 1896 respondents were interviewed, i.e. those who were at courts by different status. 

The principle aim of the above mentioned research was to discover how fair the winner or losing parties estimate the court decisions and if the court interprets the fundamental reasons of the concrete decision after the end of the process. 

The court authority pays great attention to the process of simple and clear interpretation of courts’ decision for the parties by the court. The research in itself aimed to obtain information around this issue. See the information on the outcomes of the research by the help of the link.
