On the 26-27 of March the working group meeting was held for the Establishment of the Rules of Issuing of Court Decisions in the Common Cours

On the 26 and 27 of March of 2016  in the Hotel “ Royal Batoni” located in Khvareli in the Framework of Council of Europe and the European Union Eastern Partnership Program Cooperation (PCF) the two days working meeting was held for establishment of the rules of issuing court decisions in the common courts.

Concerning issuing of Court Decisions with the aim of sharing the experience of Slovenia and giving the qualified recommendations, an international expert Ms. Natasha Pirc Musar took an active part in the meetings. The participants discussed the rule of processing of the information in the court acts and namely, they considered the problem of creating a unified data base for all the courts, as well as, the obligations of the person responsible for information processing, court deputy and a person responsible for information security.     

Within the two days working meeting the participants elaborated the guiding instructions  of concealing of the specific information of civil, administrative and criminal cases. The project on the rule of issuance of the  decisions  in  Common Courts  prepared by the working group will be presented to  High  Council of Justice for adoption.     

In the working meetings participated: judge of Supreme Court Mr. Nugzar Skhirtladze; member of the Supreme Council of Justice Mr. Shota Getsadze; judge of the Town Court of Tbilisi Ms. Khatia Ardazashvili; representative of the project of the European Council Ms.Tinatin Uplisashvili; Staff of the administration of Supreme Court, Town Court of Tbilisi,  the Court of Appeal of Tbilisi and High    Council of Justice, as well as the staff members of the inspector for personal data security, Association of Lawyers of Georgia, Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association, Public defender, Institute for Freedom of Information, International Transparency to Georgia and Charta of Journalism Ethics.
