two-day workshop was held in respect of the project concerning the formation of the organizational structure of the Supreme Court

On the 2 and 3 of April of  2016 in the hotel “Lopota Resort” located in  Khaketi was held the two - day  working   meeting due to the Project of the  Organization Structure Formation, with the participation of the consulting company “Synergy Group” and the staff members of  the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Within the working meeting the participants determined the strategic tasks and priorities, as well as, considered the general model for the structure of the administration. The participants  pinpointed their positions and came to the agreement about the details of the administration structure  in the discussion regime. 

Chairperson of  the  Supreme Court of Georgia Ms. Nino Gvenetadze talked with the participants of the meeting about the legislative novelty package elaborated within the third wave of the  judicial reform and introduced  the stuff members of the Court with the future plans of  judicial development. 

Heads of the structural units of  the Supreme Court  of Georgia presented reports on the work  and  realized activities of the corresponding  structural units and discussed the plans of the  future   development.
