At the Supreme Court Meeting was held with the consulting company

On March 1, 2016 the Chairperson the Supreme Court and the High Council of Justice Nino Gvenetadze met with the representatives of consulting company "Synergy Group" and the heads of the departments of the Supreme Court. At the meeting the chairperson noted that it is a month since the reorganization process is announced in The Supreme Court. In order to implement the reorganization process properly and effectively, under the financial support of Council of Europe project "Strengthening the effectiveness and independence of the judiciary in Georgia” and by the assistance of the consulting company “Synergy Group”  the structure of the staff of the Supreme Court of Georgia will be developed. It is noteworthy that the company has great experience to improve the management systems in the private and public organizations of Georgia.

The Chairperson the Supreme Court and the High Council of Justice announced at the meeting that reorganization process will be conducted in a transparent manner with full engagement of employees and judges, which means, that in the process of elaboration of the structure the opinions and views of each of them will be heard and considered. The staff expressed support for the process and showed willingness to cooperate with the representatives of the company to provide their opinions and ideas for improvement and refinement the structure of the Supreme Court.
