Members of the Disciplinary chamber of the Supreme Court met with International expert James Moliterno

On March 2, 2016 at the Supreme Court within the East-West Management Institute (EWMI) Project "Promoting Rule of Law in Georgia" (PROLoG),   the meeting was held between the members of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court and the international expert, James Moliterno.

The meeting participants discussed the procedures of disciplinary proceedings, in particular, appalling of the procedural and substantive issues of the decision of Association of Ethics Committee to the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court. Invited expert reviewed the disciplinary litigation in connection with the existing international practice.

The members of the disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court: Maia Vachadze, Vasil Rionishvili, Nugzar Skhirtladze; judge of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, Ekaterine Gasitashvili; members of the Ethics Committee Association; East-West Management Institute (EWMI) Institutional Development Director, Irina Lortkipanidze and the coordinator of the Institutional Development Direction, Nino Tskhvariashvili attended the meeting.
