The first meeting of the working group was held for establishment of courts decisions issuing rules in the Common Courts

On December 24, 2015 in the Supreme Court, the first meeting of the working group for establishment of courts decisions issuing rules in the Common Courts was held.

The working group for establishment of courts decisions issuing rules in the Common Courts was created by the order of the Chairperson of the Supreme Court of Georgia. The aim of working group presents to elaborate the recommendations for establishment of courts decisions issuing rules in the Common Courts and protecting of personal data in decisions while  transfer the information to the third parties . Recommendations of the working group will be submitted for review to the High Council of Justice in order to develop the rules for transferring the decisions to the third parties in the common courts.

The working group consists with the representatives of the Supreme Court, Tbilisi Appellate Court, Tbilisi City Court, High Council of Justice, Personal Data Protection Inspector Office, Georgian Bar Association, Georgian Young Lawyers Association, Public Defender Office, Institute of Freedom of Information, Transparency International Georgia and Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics.

In the working group’s working process, for the purpose of sharing of international experience and for making the recommendations, also are participating the representatives of the International organizations and experts.
