In the Supreme Court the training of the judges’ qualification tests authors is underway

On December 16, 2015, by participation of the American Bar Association exam expert   - Jean Gaskil, the judges’ qualification tests authors training is conducting in the Supreme Court of Georgia on the topic: "Compiling and rectification of exam tests.”

The Chairperson of the Supreme Court of Georgia and the High Council of Justice Ms. Nino Gvenetadze addressed delegates with the welcoming speech and stated that refinement and improvement of judges’ qualification tests will increase amount of high qualified candidates of judges in the courts.

Within the training the four working groups were created: Administrative, civil, criminal and constitutional (human rights) law directions. Participants of the training under the regime of active discussions and exchanging opinion the recommendations on improvement of the existing tests will be elaborated.

Training at the Supreme Court will complete with the wrap up discussions on December 17, 2015.
