According to the decision of December 8, 2009, of the High Council of Justice, the new forms of claim, appeal, cassation and counter-claim had been established on civil and administrative cases. In case of administrative and civil disputes, the claim can be lodged before the court only by the above mentioned forms.

Court forms on Civil cases:
1. Complaint;
2. Counter-claim;
3. Appeal;
4. Counter-claim of appeal;
5. Cassation;
6. Counter-claim of cassation.
