1986-1996 Editor at the publishing department for compiling a Book of Law of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, senior consultant of the Ministry, chief consultant, head of the department for systemizing the legislation;

1985 Graduated from Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, Faculty of Law.
